Update: P-EBT Benefits
Update: P-EBT Benefits
There has been a recent uptick in calls and inquiries regarding P-EBT, and we have compiled a list of new FAQs, based on inquiries we have received from the Healthy CPS Hotline.
There is a known delivery lag in the P-EBT cards, due to a manufacturing delay.
DHS has confirmed that administrative issues will not cause families to lose out on any benefits to which they are entitled. Cards may be delayed, but full benefits will still be distributed once cards are received.
If you or your school's families have any questions, please contact your CFBU Coordinator, the Healthy CPS Hotline at 773-553-KIDS (5437), or complete a Healthy CPS Assistance Request Form.
